St Leo’s Catholic Church is located in Bonita Springs, Florida. Over the years CES has installed a Silent Knight Voice Evacuation system in the main sanctuary. This system has been expanded over the last two years. CES provides service and maintenance of all of the present buildings on this multi-building campus.

Named after Ron Spector a well known respected individual in our community. This Multi story twin tower is connected by a parking garage. It houses office space as well as a large bank anchor. Commercial electrical systems installed a complete fire alarm system in the early 1980s which includes a Pyrotronics System 3 and a CPV 90.

Bonita Springs Office building is located at one of Bonita Springs busiest intersections. A Siemens MXL-IQ was installed in the “shell” of this facility by CES. CES as provided “Tennant Fit Out” on all three floors for various professional offices.
Rivo Tower – Sarasota
Completed in 2006, Rivo Tower is a High Rise Condominium building located in the heart of down town Sarasota Florida.
Rivo at Ringling is a contemporary atrium building. The first five levels are parking. Floors 6 through 12 have 10 units per floor with 1,483 to 1,883 square feet of living space. Fourteen penthouses on the top three levels will be as large as 3,460 square feet. This facility is equipped with a Siemens XLSV fire alarm system.

Managed by ICOR Properties, a complete renovation of the fire alarm system was approved and completed in 2010. Upgrading from an existing Siemens MXLV system, a new state of the art Siemens XLSV fire alarm system was installed.

Azure Condo – Ft. Myers
This condominium is one of five high rise condominiums in The Bonita Bay Development located in Bonita Springs, Florida with fire alarm systems installed by CES. CES installed a Siemens MXLV, Voice Evacuation System in this 26 story, 69 unit condominium, as sub-contractor to Beaumont Electric of Naples, Florida. CES has service contracts on all five of the buildings, providing Test, Inspection, monitoring and preventative maintenance on an annual basis.

Completed in 2007, Kanaya is a High Rise Condominium building located in down town Sarasota. Located in the historic Burns Court and Laurel Park area, Kanaya, Sarasota’s health inspired condominiums, were designed using Feng Shui principles. “Eco$mart” building techniques were used as well. Residents enjoy views of downtown Sarasota’s skyline and the Sarasota Bayfront. The facility includes condo units, first floor retail/office space, and under roof parking.
