Peak Resources – Charlotte, a 115-bed facility in the heart of the hospital district offers comprehensive services, including rehabilitation therapy, skilled nursing care, and hospice care. Commercial Electrical Systems installed  a complete Siemens Fire Alarm system, Tektone nurse Call system and  Bogan paging system. This state of the art facility was completed in August of 2011 on time and on schedule.

Asbury Care Center is a 4 story skilled nursing facility that is part of the 227 acre Aldersgate retirement community. We are upgrading the fire alarm system to a Siemens XLS with voice evacuation and firefighter phones.
Our firm is partnering with Watson Electric in Charlotte NC for this complete renovation of their life safety system.

Completed in 2010, this school was a replacement school in Sarasota Florida.

Total square footage of the New Riverview High School is 532,000 square feet, that will house seven small learning communities, six in building 5 (two on each floor) and one for the International Baccalaureate program in building 1.
